If payment is not received within 48 hours after the due date, your website, domain and email services will be permanently suspended, and your website may need to be rebuilt if you wish to sign up again in the future. To avoid any interruption to your business, we recommend ensuring your monthly payment is made on or before the due date.

Yes. Basic content updates are included in your monthly plan. Just message us when you need to update content, images, contact details or other info. 1 revision per month.

Just your business name, contact details, a short description of your services and any photos or branding you'd like included. If you don't have everything ready, we can still get you online quickly.

To get your website online as quickly as possible, we use AI to generate professional images and content that are relevant to your business. This gives your website a polished look while you're gathering your own photos. Once you have your own images, simply send them to us and we'll replace the AI-generated images on your website. Please note that the monthly website package does not include graphic design or photo editing services. Images supplied by clients are uploaded as they are received. If your images require editing—such as extracting an image from a flyer, removing a background, changing colours, improving quality, or any other graphic design work—we are happy to help. These services are available at an additional cost, and we'll provide a quote before any work begins.

No. This package is a managed hosting service, which means your website and domain must be hosted and managed by us to ensure everything works correctly and stays supported. If you don’t have a domain yet, we’ll help you register the right one for your business. If you already have a domain, we can assist with transferring it so it’s fully managed as part of your website package.
